The better the condition, the bigger the donation.
The better the condition of the donated phone, the higher the sales proceeds – and consequently, the higher the donation. 50% of the proceeds go directly to the charity of your choice; the remainder covers the cost of the refurbishment process and the effort involved in dealing with unmarketable devices.
- New and in good condition: the largest donations.
- Old, badly worn or broken: no donation, or will be recycled.
