your data centre
Analysis & Planning
After you check your server inventory, we’ll prepare a quote based on the list of hardware you provide.
Packaging & transport
After you migrate the workload, our technicians begin dismantling the equipment, which then is packed, sealed and – if desired – collected using a GPS-tracked vehicle.
Anonymisation
The servers are anonymised and neutralised so that nothing can be traced back to the previous owner.
Data erasure & remarketing
The servers are erased in accordance with GDPR regulations, followed by a technical inspection and refurbishing. Depending on their condition, they are either remarketed or recycled. We document all devices and create a detailed audit report.

The data centre operator takes stock of their server inventory. A list containing the hardware data (e.g. manufacturer, model, serial number) is sent to Green IT Solution.
Green IT Solution prepares a buyback offer based on this data.
Migration
The data centre operator or cloud migration partner carries out the data migration.
Once the migration has been completed, Green IT Solution will take care of collection, erasure and refurbishment or destruction.
Audit and report
Our cloud-based Spect portal offers complete transparency, including an overview of all devices and proof of erasure or destruction.
